DCI Homes Limited, real estate development and investment company, RC 8483749

Our story

In Nigerian property, the paperwork is the property

DCI Homes Ltd exists because too many Nigerians have paid in full for land or a home, then discovered the title was never theirs to buy. We built a company around fixing that.

Almost every Nigerian family has a version of the same story. Money is paid for a plot. A survey changes hands. Years later a fence goes up, and someone else arrives with a document that turns out to be older, cleaner and stronger than yours. The land was never sold, it was only collected for.

The problem was never a shortage of property. It was that the verification step, the one that actually determines whether you own anything, was left to the buyer. Usually a buyer with no way to check a registry, no relationship with a surveyor, and no leverage when it went wrong.

DCI Homes Ltd is our answer: a development and investment company that does the verification before a property is ever offered, and stands behind it afterwards.

We acquire and develop land, deliver residential and commercial projects, market properties we have personally verified, and manage assets for owners who would rather their property earned quietly than became a second job. We work across Lagos, Abuja and Enugu.
