Terms of service

Last updated July 2026

These terms govern your use of the DCI Homes Ltd website. This site is a marketing and enquiry platform: it lists properties we market and services we provide, and it lets you contact us. It does not take payments and it does not conclude any transaction. Plain-language summaries are provided for readability; the full text controls.

1. Who we are

DCI Homes Limited (RC 8483749) is a real estate development and investment company registered in Nigeria, operating across Lagos, the Federal Capital Territory and Enugu.

Every property listed on this site is sourced, verified and marketed by DCI Homes Ltd directly. This is not a marketplace: no third party can list a property here, and there is no public registration.

2. What this website does

The site displays properties available for sale or for rent, describes the services we offer, and provides a way to contact us, by form, telephone or WhatsApp.

No booking, reservation, offer or contract is created by using this site. Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation; it does not reserve a property, secure a price, or oblige either of us to proceed.

We take no payment through this website. Anyone requesting payment through this site, or in the name of DCI Homes to an account we have not confirmed to you in writing, is not acting for us, call us on the number published here before sending any money.

3. Listing information

We take care to describe properties accurately, and we verify title documentation before a property is listed. Even so, descriptions, photographs, dimensions, plot sizes and prices are provided for guidance and do not form part of any contract.

Measurements are approximate. Photographs may show a comparable unit within the same development where a specific unit is not yet finished; where that is the case we will tell you at inspection.

Prices are subject to change and to availability, and do not constitute an offer. A property marked 'Price on request' is priced individually on application.

Properties marked Sold or Let remain visible as a record of transactions we have completed. They are not available.

4. Title verification and your own due diligence

We verify the title of every property we market and will make the documentation available for your inspection on request.

Our verification does not replace your own. We encourage every buyer to instruct an independent legal practitioner to conduct a separate search before committing funds. We will cooperate fully with your lawyer and provide whatever documents they ask for.

5. Enquiries and your information

When you send an enquiry you give us your name, phone number, email address and message so that we can respond. We use those details to contact you about your enquiry and about properties or services relevant to it.

How we handle that information is set out in our privacy policy.

Do not submit another person's details without their knowledge, and do not use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited marketing.

6. Acceptable use

You may browse this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. You may not scrape the catalogue, republish our photographs or descriptions commercially, or present our listings as your own.

The administrative area of this site is restricted to DCI Homes staff. Attempting to access it without authorisation is prohibited.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the extent permitted by Nigerian law. Your rights in relation to any property transaction are governed by the transaction documents you sign, not by this website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
